📋 Description

• Coordinate tax-related matters with other company departments • Provide guidance to ensure optimal tax efficiency and risk mitigation • Act in a consultative and preventive manner to ensure tax compliance for group companies (Brazil and abroad) • Monitor tax legislation • Identify changes that impact the company's business and systems, as well as tax planning opportunities • Calculation of corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net profit (CSLL) under the Real Profit (Lucro Real) regime • Accounting reconciliation • Transfer pricing calculations • Preparation of ECF (Brazilian tax accounting filing), cash flow projections and budgets • KPIs for the Direct Taxes area • Automation projects and participation in committees • Support for internal and external audits • Support for tax inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Direct Taxes • Analytical skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Desired: Knowledge of TOTVS - Datasul • Desired: Knowledge of Indirect Taxes • Desired: Advanced English and Spanish • Availability and ability to work on-site in São Miguel Paulista
