• NoGigiddy, a leading gig staffing platform revolutionizing the industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. • As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our gig workers and ensuring a seamless experience on our platform. • Your responsibilities will include liaising with gig workers, communicating shift opportunities, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating scheduling, and providing general administrative support. • Communicate effectively with gig workers to inform them of available shifts and opportunities in real-time. • Address gig worker queries and provide comprehensive support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone communication. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of gig workers, including contact information, availability, and preferences. • Coordinate shift scheduling and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient utilization of gig workers. • Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing documentation, and assisting with data entry tasks. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and streamline processes. • Contribute to ongoing improvements of the gig worker experience by providing feedback and insights.
