📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise to ensure seamless operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud-based systems, enhancing reliability and user satisfaction. • Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services. • Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems. • Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues. • Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Have an Understanding of VPN & Proxies • Have an understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc • Have an understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS. • Have Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies. • Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments. • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
