📋 Description

• Develop and implement high-level strategies to advance Akamai CSR objectives in India across Education, Inclusion, Community Development, and Water • Establish and maintain governance structures and processes for transparency, accountability, and compliance with India regulatory requirements • Oversee policies, procedures, and guidelines governing Akamai CSR operations and activities • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess CSR initiative impact and effectiveness • Cultivate strategic partnerships with governments, NGOs, corporations, social enterprises, academia, and community-based organizations • Capture and curate volunteer stories, photographs, and impact highlights • Create impact stories, event recaps, and communication assets highlighting CSR initiatives and employee volunteering • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging around CSR activities and events • Manage multiple complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams • Lead cross-functional alignment of the entire product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) • Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in CSR program management • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable social impact • Strong understanding of the education, inclusion, community development, and water sectors • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders • Ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration
