📋 Description

• Develop and implement high-level strategies to advance Akamai CSR objectives of improving lives and livelihoods in India across Education, Inclusion, Community Development, and Water. • Establish and maintain robust governance structures and processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with India regulatory requirements. • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines governing Akamai CSR operations and activities. • Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives. • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with governments, NGOs, corporations, social enterprises, academia, and community-based organizations. • Capture and curate volunteer stories, photographs, and impact highlights to strengthen internal engagement and showcase program outcomes. • Create compelling impact stories, event recaps, and communication assets that highlight CSR initiatives and employee volunteering efforts. • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging before, during, and after CSR activities and events, reinforcing program visibility and employee engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in CSR program management, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable social impact. • Strong understanding of the education, inclusion, community development, and water sectors. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration
