📋 Description

‱ Providing assessments and analytics in the development of sales territories and deployment of Account Executives ‱ Facilitating the creation of the go-to-market organizational structure and related sales framework to enhance overall sales productivity. ‱ Collaborating with sales, product, and finance teams to transform business strategies into actionable sales plans and allocate quotas effectively. ‱ Partnering with sales and product leaders to develop an operational plan and deploy quotas to our sellers. ‱ Coordinating forecasting, planning, budgeting, quoting, and order processing within the sales organization, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout. ‱ Partnering with Akamai's Tools & Reporting teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools

🎯 Requirements

‱ extensive background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a strategic business partner ‱ passion for partnering closely with senior sales leadership ‱ ability to affect organizational change in building scalable and repeatable processes ‱ proven track record of successfully managing a team in an ever-changing, results-driven environment ‱ ability to analyze large sets of data, extracting business insights and preparing executive level presentations including recommended actions ‱ demonstrated experience implementing best practices focused on delivering business results ‱ knowledgeable in the use of Salesforce.com or other CRM system
