📋 Description

• Participate in sales cycles and define solutions that meet customer requirements • Partner with customers to understand business goals and scope appropriate deliverables • Work with sales to generate opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Akamai's value • Lead presentations, consultations, technical demos, customer analysis reports, and proofs of concept • Track account activity for business analysis and reporting • Design technical solutions to meet customer needs • Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers • Articulate Akamai's value proposition and build future revenue opportunities • Participate in ongoing training initiatives and train others

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical solutions pre-sales or post-sale role • Fluent in Japanese • Conversational in English, including reading and writing • Knowledge or understanding of Computing (IaaS), Web/API Security, or zero trust security • Relevant certifications or knowledge such as CKA, AWS, SAA, GCP, PCA, or CISSP • Good written and verbal presentation skills • Ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders • Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment • Solid problem-solving skills • Desire for results and appetite to learn new technologies
