📋 Description

• Support timely and accurate monthly and annual close processes • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining general ledger integrity under US GAAP • Oversee financial technology integrations, including Stripe, Brex, and Deel, ensuring accurate sub-ledger to general-ledger flows, account coding, and reconciliations • Own daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, corporate credit cards, and expense reimbursements • Help implement and improve accounting policies and maintain technical records • Partner with FP&A on budget-versus-actual variance analyses and departmental spending tracking • Deliver actionable financial insights • Contribute to annual external audits and tax filings by preparing audit schedules and organized documentation • Support local, state, and international tax and regulatory compliance, including sales and use tax filings • Collaborate with finance team members and organizational leaders on projects, processes, and financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required • 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or a similar high-growth environment • Experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting software • Strong aptitude for learning new systems • Proficient in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive • Fluent in English • Public accounting experience, such as Big 4 or similar, is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Proactive team player willing to roll up their sleeves and build scalable processes • Knowledge of US GAAP • Flexibility to collaborate across Central European and Pacific Time zones
