📋 Description

• Independently handle support and consulting inquiries from our partners relating to EDI and EAI • Analyze business and technical requirements, assess feasibility, and implement suitable EDI solutions • Implement standardized and customized EDI processes and interfaces for various stakeholders in transport logistics, warehouse logistics, and internal systems • Independently plan, manage, and implement EDI projects, particularly the onboarding of new EDI partners and interfaces • Configure, conduct, and document tests, and support commissioning and go-live activities • Develop and maintain mappings and conversions in the EDI converter • Analyze and resolve disruptions and errors in ongoing EDI operations • Optimize existing EDI processes and interfaces • Work closely with business departments, internal IT teams, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, such as training as an IT specialist, a degree in an IT-related field, or comparable practical experience in EDI • Professional experience in EDI and experience planning and implementing EDI projects • Good knowledge of converting and processing various message and data formats, particularly EDIFACT (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, IFTMIN, and IFCSUM), XML, SAP IDoc and SAP XML, CSV, and JSON • Good understanding of technical communication protocols and interfaces, such as AS2, SFTP, HTTP, and APIs • Experience developing mappings with an EDI converter; knowledge of Lobster_data is an advantage • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases • Programming experience in Java development is an advantage • Analytical and structured approach to work, combined with strong problem-solving skills • Confident and friendly manner when communicating directly with our partners • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
