📋 Description

• Join a product engineering team for a growing platform company in the fintech and alternative asset management space. • Act as a self-sufficient, trusted technical partner to Product Managers and project leadership. • Help plan, build, and deliver features across the company's core platform. • Own the timing, coordination, and follow-up for assigned projects and initiatives. • Partner with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization of platform features. • Design, build, and ship high-quality code using Ruby on Rails and React, with regular status communication. • Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and problem-solving. • Contribute to improving team processes and procedures. • Incorporate AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code into the daily engineering workflow. • Help deliver digital transformation solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar. • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React. • Proven track record operating at a Senior engineer level (or equivalent). • Comfortable working directly with Product Managers. • Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers. • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack. • Strong communication skills, both async and in real time. • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow. • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. • Experience with Salesforce, or exposure to fintech, private capital, or alternative asset management (preferred).
