• Manage and develop relationships with the active partner base, maintaining close contact and consistent follow-up. • Participate in the enablement process for new partners, together with the Head of Channels, ensuring a well-structured activation. • Monitor the pipeline generated via channels, identifying opportunities and supporting partners throughout negotiations. • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partners — supporting, advising, and strengthening the relationship with Nortrez. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the channel program, offering practical insight and attention to areas for enhancement. • Keep records and activities organized in the CRM with discipline and predictability.
• Experience in B2B channel management — as a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Channel Account Manager, or equivalent indirect channel role. • Background in SaaS or B2B technology. • Clear, warm, and adaptable communication — ability to build genuine relationships with different partner profiles. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships with attention and consistency. • Business acumen to identify opportunities and advise partners with confidence. • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where some processes are still being developed. • Experience with Freshworks, Monday.com, Intercom, HubSpot, or GoTo is a plus. • Experience with channel programs in a structuring or expansion phase. • Intermediate or advanced English (for interaction with global vendors).
