• Visit 4 potential new agents / current agents a day. Total of 3 days a week. • Retain continuous awareness of connections, sales & terms and keep relative records within Salesforce. • Follow up and maintain existing relationships, while continuing to nourish new relationships. • Identify cross-sell opportunities for other lines of insurance.
• P&C license not required, but highly preferred. • Previous retail or wholesale experience. • Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. • Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to support multiple individuals. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and possess great time management skills. • Willingness and ability to travel (Travel requirements will lessen over time once acclimated and relationships are built).
