📋 Description

• Responsibility for an 8-member team • Ensure our clients receive the best possible advice from the outset • Keep KPIs in focus • Drive team development • Create real impact • Motivate, coach and develop the team on a daily basis • Hold target-setting conversations and manage performance in a results-oriented way • Optimize processes and ensure a strong pipeline • Act as a sparring partner for colleagues and serve as a liaison to other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of sales experience • Experience in (functional) leadership of a digital sales team • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree — ideally in finance/insurance — is a plus • You love numbers, KPIs and clear targets — and can communicate them effectively • You combine empathy with assertiveness • Very good German and good English skills
