📋 Description

• Lead month-end and year-end financial closing, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting in compliance with corporate standards • Manage P&L, balance sheet integrity, cost center accounting, and cash flow analysis • Establish, monitor, and enforce internal financial controls, policies, and risk mitigation strategies • Perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast and highlight financial trends, risks, and operational opportunities • Drive budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and operational metrics • Provide reporting and analytical insights into overheads, operational expenditure, cost structures, and profitability drivers • Collaborate with regional and global Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Leadership teams • Translate complex accounting and financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external audit processes • Support commercial decision-making as a trusted business partner

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders • Deep expertise in financial principles, GAAP/IFRS standards, GL accounting, and controlling framework • Strong mastery of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit readiness • Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling • Willingness and ability to travel within India and internationally when required • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A or Business Finance • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred • Experience in a multinational or large-scale organisation preferred • Experience in commercial finance, commercial controlling, contract review, risk assessment or financial forecasting advantageous
