• Design and maintain a structured middle-management training framework • Develop role-based learning paths for supervisors and managers • Establish standardized curricula covering systems and processes • Create and maintain training materials such as presentations and e-learning modules • Deliver live instructor-led training sessions for middle management cohorts • Facilitate workshops and onboarding programs for newly promoted managers • Partner with the Director of Training to align curriculum priorities • Track training participation and gather feedback to refine training content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in training program development, curriculum design, organizational learning, or a related discipline • Willingness and ability to travel 30–40% to deliver in-person training • Proven experience delivering training to supervisors/managers and other adult learners • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and cross-functional business operations • Experience developing and supporting training for business systems and enterprise platforms • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical, job-relevant learning experiences.
