📋 Description

• Conduct follow-up with internal and external customers via phone, email and other communication channels, tracking requests and commercial opportunities; • Register, update and maintain information in the system, ensuring data integrity and organization; • Assist in monitoring orders, contracts, commercial proposals and delivery deadlines; • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets and commercial performance indicators; • Support document control, file organization and verification of administrative information; • Provide post-sales support to contribute to customer satisfaction and relationship management; • Assist leadership and the team with other tasks related to the commercial administrative area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising • Experience in commercial administrative activities • Position reserved for people with disabilities (PwD).
