📋 Description

• Organize and prioritize the squad's activity backlog (backlog management) to maximize team results and deliver value. • Coordinate the execution of activities during the project phase as well as in the maintenance/support phase (post-implementation), defining action plans and mobilizing the necessary resources. • Evaluate and develop business opportunities and solutions, taking into account regulatory, operational and business viability analyses; market knowledge and interactions. • Study models used in various markets and those offered by other providers (benchmarking), aiming to evolve and sustain the service for the market (financial and non-financial). • Specify and formalize business rules related to projects and/or service maintenance in which the role is involved. • Includes: understanding the demand (market or regulatory), writing user stories, managing the squad backlog, aligning with the squad, and assessing deliveries together with the team and the client. • Propose high-value technical and strategic contributions, delivering effective results and process innovations. • Act as a knowledge disseminator and facilitator for the growth and development of team members and areas involved in the service, focusing on the quality of services provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields preferred. • Experience at financial institutions with Positive Credit Registry products, credit approval processes, and front office and back office operations. • Product management experience desirable (conception, development and maintenance). • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in different project contexts. • Basic technology/IT knowledge, including agile engineering practices (e.g., XP). • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex messages and disseminate new concepts. • Practical experience with agile at scale. • Advanced knowledge of tools that support agile practices, such as Jira, Confluence and related suites.
