📋 Description

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions • Build positive and consistent relationships with young people • Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns • Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records • Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience • Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle • Right to work in the UK • Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people • Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role • Knowledge of SALT, PDA & ASD training
