📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Target merchant team members • Drive volume, revenue and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio at Target • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with Target • Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals • Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers at Target • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point • Ability to travel 25% • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge • Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with WM • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines • Broker management experience
