• Drive short-cycle sales of racks, RDHX, iPDUs targeting HDLC-ready sites • Engage directly with end users, MTDCs, and partners to close active opportunities • Leverage HVAC or MEP channel background to access contractor-led deployments • Handle quotes, pricing, and orders with focus on volume-driven execution • Collaborate with BDMs and FAE to address technical requirements • Work with Sales Leader to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals • Focus on Selling to Hyperscale who built out of China region, OR Local DC • Analyzing market trends and competitors to find opportunities and threats • Provide market-specific intelligence and feedback on products and services to management • Keep superiors advised about significant developments, situations, and decisions requiring approval • Ensure that Salesforce (SFDC) is consistently updated with accurate and current information, including customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client solutions
• University Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering preferred • Ideally 8+ years working experience in Data Solutions, preferably in a commercial position • Experience in cooling solutions/ cabling/ power distribution for Data solutions preferred • Willing to traveling for business trip or take up regional role if the role expands • Demonstrated problem solving and sophisticated analytical skills • Track record of good negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Good time management skills • Candidate must have a cheerful personality, able to take initiatives on their own, a good demeanor, clean working track record with high integrity • The ideal professional for the role should possess an integrative leadership style and have equitable approach including directional instruction when required
