📋 Description

• Lead engineering activities related to productizing Deep Learning models • Lead and mentor engineers • Own activities and interactions with teams across NVIDIA • Align priorities with internal partners across relevant teams • Develop roadmaps for highly optimized numerical, analytics, and deep learning algorithms • Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead execution of team projects and activities • Create, optimize, and deploy training and inference deep learning workloads • Collaborate with internal customers to align priorities across business units • Coordinate projects across different geographic locations • Grow and develop a world-class team • Travel occasionally to conferences, other sites, or customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum requirement of BSc, 8 years related overall experience, including 3 years of management/leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of graduate studies and experience • Experience leading multiple software engineering projects • Strong algorithms and deep learning skills or experience • Excellent programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skills • Great communication • Experience with inference of deep learning models • Experience doing performance analysis and tuning • Exposure to hardware architecture, ideally accelerators, and numerical software • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project
