📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor by mapping complex customer workloads to NVIDIA’s hardware and software technology stack • Co-design scalable architectures with Enterprise customers, including technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans • Design, validate, and support technical solutions for customer and partner success • Lead customer presentations at technical and CxO levels and represent NVIDIA at public events • Identify gaps between customer needs and NVIDIA offerings and communicate insights to product and engineering teams • Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customer technical needs • Create and run proofs of concept and demos • Write code for data pipelines, AI/deep-learning model training, and deployment on container-based orchestrators • Drive technical enablement and adoption of NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to support successful deployment and continuous improvement • Manage technical partnerships and enablement with a strong presales focus • Orchestrate internal and external relationships with support from the broader ANZ NVIDIA team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management • 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience across multiple industry verticals and OEM platforms • Deep technical expertise identifying and driving AI solutions with customers • Track record driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity • Experience balancing customer and partner needs while driving complex product decisions through trusted relationships • Deep presales experience in compute and AI customer landscapes • Experience with opportunity identification and driving customer adoption • Hands-on technical expertise and complex problem-solving ability • History of enabling customers or partners to adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms • Technical vision influencing product and engineering decisions and driving production outcomes • Expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI frameworks, scalable software engineering practices, NVIDIA SDKs and frameworks, data pipelines, AI/DL model training, and container-based orchestrators
