📋 Description

• Maintain large-scale computational and AI infrastructure, focusing on monitoring, logging, and workload orchestration • Optimize production-ready Kubernetes container platforms with enterprise-grade networking and storage • Develop, refine, and document standard methodologies and operational guidelines for internal teams • Lead technical engagements and help customers troubleshoot and resolve complex issues • Support Enterprise and Research & Development activities and participate in POCs/POVs • Partner with APAC Regional and HQ Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to develop solutions for partners • Develop tooling to automate deployment, infrastructure management, monitoring, alerting, and self-service resource consumption • Create documentation including runbooks, onboarding materials, and best-practice guides • Act as technical leader for assigned customer accounts, providing strategic DevOps and platform architecture guidance

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields • 5+ years of professional experience managing scalable cloud environments and in automation engineering roles • Familiarity with HPC and AI technologies, including CPUs, GPUs, high-speed interconnects, and supporting software stacks • Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and data center architectures • Hands-on experience managing HPC/AI clusters, including deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting • Extensive Kubernetes experience for container orchestration, resource scheduling, scaling, and HPC integration • Deep knowledge of Linux, including RedHat/CentOS and Ubuntu • Knowledge of OS-level security and TCP, DHCP, and DNS protocols • Experience with Lustre, GPFS, ZFS, XFS, and emerging Kubernetes storage technologies • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting • Experience with configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform • Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus observability stacks • Strong background in scalable solution architecture and consultative customer support • Experience with GPU-focused hardware and software such as NVIDIA DGX, CUDA, and GPU Operator • Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based microservices architectures • Experience with large-scale computing, cluster computing, data center design, high-speed interconnects, cluster storage, and scheduling • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Background with RDMA-based fabrics, including InfiniBand or RoCE, in HPC or AI environments
