📋 Description

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process • Post job advertisements and screen incoming resumes • Conduct phone interviews with candidates • Schedule interviews and organize selection sessions • Select candidates and collect required administrative documents • Contribute to hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Able to work independently while valuing teamwork • Comfortable with remote work and digital tools • Quick learner who acts decisively • Currently pursuing studies or training in Human Resources (HR)
