📋 Description

• Set the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement direction for the end-to-end Order to Cash process • Lead transformation through standardization, simplification, and automation • Drive alignment with Commercial Excellence, Country Group Leaders, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders • Develop and maintain a global transformation roadmap • Establish and monitor KPIs for end-to-end performance • Own global Order to Cash policies and controls and promote adoption through governance, communication, training, and change management • Provide reporting, analytics, and governance insights to support decisions and compliance • Lead global initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize processes • Implement improvements across regions and functions and benchmark performance against industry standards • Ensure consistent execution across geographies and delivery locations • Oversee third-party managed service providers, including Customer Service Operations, Credit, Cash, and Collections Management • Manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance for service providers • Collaborate with Treasury to improve cash flow and DSO • Optimize CRM capabilities and integrations across CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and telephony platforms • Lead banking platform connectivity and cash application automation improvements • Set and achieve annual productivity targets • Implement automation and digital solutions • Lead and develop a global team of process experts and change agents • Oversee external service partnerships • Build capability through mentoring, training, and career development • Lead process design efforts and projects as assigned • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field • 7+ years of experience working in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment • Experience with Master Data Management, Opportunity to Cash, Commercial Support, and Record to Report • Experience partnering with Commercial, Country Group Leadership, Finance, Treasury, IT, Procurement, HR, Audit, and external Managed Service Providers • Experience working with global processes and systems • Experience in Global Opportunity to Cash processes leading internal and external GBS teams highly desired • Strong business acumen and financial acumen, including understanding of P&L and working capital • Experience implementing global processes and using SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions, and customer service telephony platforms • Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls, including policies and procedures • Experience with RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and business query and analytics tools highly desired • Ability to identify and drive transformation efforts through direct and indirect influence • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills for new system implementations • Ability to lead global process development while ensuring local compliance • Ability to lead process design and subject matter experts as well as Managed Services teams • Strong communication, change management, and influence skills • Excellent analytical abilities • Resume must be submitted in English
