• Focus on acquiring new customers (cold acquisition) • Acquire new clients and projects in the IT and software development space • Convert initial contacts into long-term partnerships • Build trust through personal and digital advisory • Manage the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing • Lead price and contract negotiations • Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions • Create tailored proposals from the IT services portfolio • Independently evaluate and qualify project inquiries • Maintain relevant data in the CRM and keep an eye on KPIs.
