• Own and drive new business sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Identify, engage, and close net-new opportunities in your assigned territory • Run strategic sales campaigns focused on solving customer pain points • Act as a trusted advisor, mastering Bindplane’s cutting-edge observability solutions to drive business outcomes • Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 active opportunities per quarter while navigating long-term strategic deals • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand pipeline opportunities • Leverage partnerships and personal networks to generate leads and grow revenue • Attend key industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings to build brand presence and customer relationships
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, monitoring, or data management (required) • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in mid-market or enterprise accounts • Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles and the ability to communicate value at both technical and executive levels • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving urgency in sales cycles • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management • Relentless, competitive spirit
