📋 Description

• Advise homeowners on tailored heat pump solutions directly on site • Gather key technical data to ensure our solution fits the building perfectly • Prepare and present bespoke proposals – from the initial consultation through to contract signing • Work closely with the internal sales/support team, who provide operational backing • Regular alignment with managers to continuously optimise your performance

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, you have experience in sales or field sales • Strong communication skills, structured working style and a proactive, go-getter attitude • Solution-oriented mindset and a positive presence • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) • Valid driving licence (Class B) is mandatory
