📋 Description

• Telephone sales with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling • Advise customers on heat pumps, heating system modernization, and energy solutions • Provide initial technical assessments of feasibility (no on-site visits) • Prepare tailored offers directly during the call • Manage the process from first contact to contract closing • Close collaboration with inside sales and operations • Continuous improvement of your sales skills through coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage • Also suitable for career changers entering sales who are highly motivated • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a results/closing-oriented mindset • Interest in energy, heat pumps, or technical products • Structured and goal-oriented working style • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
