• Support the HR team in responding to employee questions and concerns, primarily related to onboarding, orientation, and HR processes. • Assist in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace by supporting engagement initiatives and team-building efforts. • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation, documentation, and training logistics. • Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and exit procedures are followed. • Maintain, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in collaboration with HR leadership. • Create and maintain HR documentation, guides, and templates to ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle. • Assist managers with performance review processes and documentation. • Support employee development initiatives and maintain records of development plans. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality. • Assist in generating HR reports and basic metrics to support HR operations. • Participate in HR projects, such as process improvements, policy rollouts, and engagement initiatives. • Recommend and implement efficiencies in HR processes to support a smooth employee experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • 3–5 years of HR experience in generalist roles. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency with HRIS systems and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
