📋 Description

• Respond to and qualify inbound/outbound leads. • Run compelling product demos via Zoom to showcase value and drive conversions. • Manage select outbound opportunities through targeted outreach. • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing deals. • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM, ensuring a clear view of pipeline activity and opportunities. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Provide customer insights and feedback to help improve products and processes. • Support administrative sales tasks and collaborate closely with the team and client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of Senior Sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a B2B tech environment. • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas/KPIs. • Strong presentation and communication skills; you know how to lead an engaging demo. • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and staying organised in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy but also works well in a team. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and colleagues. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent time management and organisational abilities. • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms. • Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges and objections. • Has an internet speed minimum of at least 25 Mbps. • With own quality laptop.
