📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned projects and documentation packages from Design Development through Construction Documentation • Liaise and coordinate directly with structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire consultants • Accurately incorporate consultant information into architectural documentation • Manage documentation deliverables and project priorities across multiple concurrent projects • Identify clashes, coordination issues and technical conflicts between disciplines before they become site problems • Raise documentation, coordination and programme risks early • Escalate unresolved technical, compliance or coordination issues to the Australian Project Architect • Produce architectural documentation in Revit, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends • Work alongside Australian Project Architects and Project Directors on Queensland industrial and commercial projects

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level architectural project delivery experience • Hands-on experience working on Australian architectural projects • Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering industrial projects, including warehouses, manufacturing or production facilities, logistics/distribution centres, data centres, pharmaceutical/life-sciences facilities, process facilities or industrial estates • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong modelling and documentation skills • Proven experience independently progressing projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation • Direct experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving technical/structural coordination issues • Practical, hands-on working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards, particularly AS 1428.1 • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting, or an equivalent qualification recognised in the Philippines • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Experience creating and modifying parametric Revit families preferred • Experience with AutoCAD preferred • Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/Forma) preferred • Experience documenting multi-residential, commercial or mixed-use projects preferred • Familiarity with Brisbane or Gold Coast local authority requirements preferred
