📋 Description

• Create and update detailed architectural drawings and documents • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather information • Communicate with project stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation • Ensure documents comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations • Review and verify architectural document accuracy • Conduct quality checks to produce error-free documents • Manage document revisions and updates • Organize and maintain document libraries • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively • Contribute to the smooth execution and completion of construction projects through accurate documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in architectural documentation or a similar construction-industry role • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation • Familiarity with document management systems and software • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment • Self-provided equipment • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and 512GB HDD/SSD • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 12th generation or newer • Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS • Secondary/external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Internet speed of 40-50 Mbps minimum for download and upload • BIR self-registration and required government contributions • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday • English proficiency test required • Personality test required • Reference check required • Compliance with Wingman IT, security, monitoring, and productivity requirements • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore law and Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd. • Willingness to provide pre-employment requirements and authorize background investigation
