📋 Description
• Manage commissioning, start up and maintenance activities associated with deployed electrolyzer systems • Manage a local and/or remote field team through clear goals and objectives • Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve performance, reliability and serviceability of electrolyzers • Maintain warehouse and repair centers for centralized storage and refurbishment of spare parts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering required • At least 10 years experience in a field service with operations and maintenance responsibility • At least 5 years of management or leadership experience, with increasing responsibility
