📋 Description

• Implement the already designed enterprise HubSpot CRM architecture • Implement CRM architecture, custom objects, custom properties, association labels, permissions, and security • Configure workflows and automation • Perform data cleansing and data mapping • Execute CRM migration and multi-object imports while preserving data integrity and relationships • Conduct quality assurance and testing • Produce technical documentation • Review the project-specific HubSpot CRM Architecture Manual • Identify potential technical challenges and explain the implementation methodology • Provide an estimated implementation schedule • Potentially continue with ongoing collaboration following successful project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in HubSpot Enterprise • Proven experience in CRM Architecture • Experience with HubSpot APIs • Experience with Custom Objects and Association Labels • Experience with Workflow Automation • Experience with CRM Migration, Data Mapping, and Data Cleansing • Experience with SQL, Python, REST APIs, JSON, and CSV Processing • Experience with Excel Power Query • Experience with Duplicate Detection, Quality Assurance, and Technical Documentation • Enterprise implementation experience is mandatory • Experience in LegalTech, Law Firms, Financial Services, or Professional Services is a major advantage • Excellent English communication skills are essential • Ability to review the project documentation, confirm implementation capability, identify technical challenges, explain implementation methodology, and estimate the implementation schedule • Applicants should submit a CV, Cover Letter, relevant HubSpot Certifications, portfolio of similar HubSpot implementations, examples of enterprise CRM migration projects, GitHub profile if available, LinkedIn profile, and references if available
