📋 Description

• Provide responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants • Complete onboarding tasks for merchants using front-end technologies • Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setup steps • Maintain a high standard of work quality • Collaborate with development team to communicate customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role with a technical specialization • Experience writing code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Confident troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving • Familiarity with SaaS and experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
