📋 Description
• Own end-to-end recruiting for OKTOBER: sourcing, screening, and closing 6+ hires a month across RM, Design, and other roles • Support core People Ops, from onboarding to day-to-day people questions, keeping things running smoothly as the team grows fast • Partner closely with our P&C Lead on strategic initiatives, from org structure rollouts to process design, as we build our people foundations from the ground up
🎯 Requirements
• Solid, hands-on recruiting experience in an agency, startup, or fast-scaling environment where you've owned hiring end-to-end, not just coordinated it • A structured, process-minded operator who can bring order to a "still building everything" environment without needing it handed to you • Strong business acumen and the judgment to represent OKTOBER's culture and standards in every candidate conversation
