📋 Description

• Build and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar • Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by real community and partner needs • Turn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision • Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs, and solve problems live on site • Define and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome • Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries, from the get go.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi market programs • Strong operational discipline: detailed planning, precision, and repeatable process design • Fast, calm problem solving under pressure and on the ground • Confidence to make decisions and advocate firmly for the community inside the business • Team leadership experience, including hiring and managing people distributed across markets • Sharp internal stakeholder management across functions • Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe.
