📋 Description

• As a speculative applicant, you won’t be treated as a profile “on file.” We assess individually where your expertise will have the most impact • Take on conceptual and strategic responsibilities • Assume (partial) project responsibility in exciting assignments • Carry out analyses, optimizations and process design • Work in advisory, consulting or customer-success roles • Contribute to interesting topics related to employee benefits, finance processes and ERP solutions • Actively shape digital solutions and services

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a university degree and bring relevant experience in your field • You work in a structured, solution-oriented and self-directed manner • You enjoy cross-team collaboration • You bring strong communication skills, commitment and a willingness to learn • You have very good German skills (English skills are a plus) • Whether Junior, Professional or Senior — what matters is your professional fit and your motivation
