• OLIVIA Professional Solutions provides VA staffing, training, recruitment, scheduling, intake coordination, social media content management, and bookkeeping for US home care agencies • Scheduler responsibilities: communicate with caregivers/clients/families, ensure schedules and care plans are covered, coordinate appropriate aides, resolve scheduling and care issues, conduct follow-up calls with prospects, enter/update scheduling data, process shifts from previous day, protect client privacy, respond promptly to management • Recruiter responsibilities: post and refresh job ads weekly, source candidates (Indeed and past applicant database), contact and screen applicants, schedule and remind interviews, reschedule missed candidates, recruit dormant applicants daily, assist applicants with assessments and Docusign paperwork, analyze recruiting metrics, monitor competitors, meet monthly hiring targets (12-20 hires)
• Preferred: Virtual Assistant experience in scheduling or recruitment for US home care/home health agencies • At least college undergraduate • Excellent multitasking abilities and initiative • Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Minimal or no accent in English) • Must meet computer requirements: Intel Core i3 quad-core or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 1GB available disk, Windows 8+/Mac OS X 10.8+ • Internet: Primary 15 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up (home-owned DSL/Fiber/Cable); Backup 15 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up (LTE hotspot or home WiFi acceptable) • Backup power capable of powering computer and internet for 8–9 hours (generator, high-powered inverter, or heavy-duty power bank) • Outgoing, personable, patient, able to work with urgency • Ability to respond promptly to management communications (within 5 minutes) • Recruiters: ability to meet monthly hiring goal of 12-20 hires
