📋 Description

• Independent analysis, assessment and commentary of contracts for energy plant projects • Comprehensive contract management across the entire project lifecycle in cooperation with project management and the relevant departments • Development of project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and company/project management • Management and operational implementation of measures to assert or defend against claims for additional compensation, as well as handling scope changes and construction schedule disruptions • Support in schedule, cost and performance control • Evaluation of opportunities and risks based on the contract and project progress • Support in developing processes and in further developing existing processes and strategies in claim management • Operational interface between specialist departments, project teams and stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management • Compliance with and application of applicable standards and regulations for occupational health and safety and accident prevention, environmental protection and data privacy • Adherence to VINCI Energies' core values and principles

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in engineering, law or business administration, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years) in contract and claim management of large-scale construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy • Extensive knowledge of the underlying regulations (German Civil Code - BGB, VOB, etc.) • Advanced contractual, commercial and technical knowledge • Structured, reliable and analytical working style • Proactive and communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach • Business-fluent (negotiation-level) German language skills • Driver’s license class B • Willingness to travel (as required by projects)
