• Perform active outbound prospecting of potential customers and partners for the Omie.GClick solution; • Contact prospects by phone, WhatsApp and other channels, focusing on generating interest and creating commercial opportunities; • Execute prospecting cadences with discipline, organization and a high volume of activities; • Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring adherence to the ideal customer profile; • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executives team; • Populate and update the CRM with relevant information about contacts, progress and next steps; • Work focused on targets for scheduled meetings, meetings held and opportunity conversion; • Actively contribute to improving outreach approach, sales messaging and prospecting intelligence; • Act with a strong sense of ownership over the generated pipeline and the quality of opportunities passed to the sales team.
• Previous commercial experience, preferably as an SDR, in pre-sales or outbound prospecting; • Experience with active phone and multichannel prospecting; • Experience with sales cadences, lead qualification and handing off to closers; • Familiarity with KPI-driven operations, targets and productivity; • Strong verbal communication, active listening and ability to conduct objective, strategic conversations; • Ability to build rapport with prospects, overcome initial objections and generate interest in the solution; • Organized in managing schedules, follow-ups and CRM; • Resilient, competitive, proactive and results-oriented profile.
