📋 Description

• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing evolution • Understand business and user needs, translating requests into prioritized functional requirements • Lead improvement and innovation initiatives, ensuring deliveries that create real value for customers and the business • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective delivery • Monitor product KPIs and propose continuous improvements based on data • Support the development team in scope definition, roadmap creation, and feature prioritization • Facilitate agile ceremonies — planning, refinements, and reviews — ensuring engagement and alignment with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager • Strong analytical skills and product vision • Ability to work in multidisciplinary team environments • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, analytics tools, BI or similar • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience in digital product projects such as ERP, CRM, E‑commerce and Marketplaces • Knowledge of integrating tools and services (APIs) • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Economics, or related fields (preferred) • Certifications in Product Management, Scrum, Product Owner, Agile, or Discovery will be considered a plus
