📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders to design effective commercial strategies, identify market opportunities, and set clear objectives. • Identify and acquire new clients, including corporate and strategic accounts, to expand the sales portfolio. • Manage relationships with key accounts and high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. • Lead complex negotiations, closing deals with mutually beneficial terms. • Mentor and train junior sales representatives, promoting professional development and sharing best practices. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust commercial tactics. • Oversee sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present results to the management team. • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the unique value of products or services. • Gather customer insights and coordinate with internal teams to improve the commercial offering.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with CRM systems; • Experience generating reports, KPIs, dashboards, and conducting market analysis for the sales area; • Experience working in Sales Operations to create dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for business units; • Proven projects/experience developing value propositions and customer experience initiatives (sales, deliveries, and repurchases);
