📋 Description

• Design and improve systems architecture supporting post-sales execution • Build scalable workflows separating data, business logic and user experience • Reduce manual processes, fragmented ownership and tooling complexity • Establish standards for reliability, maintainability, documentation and visibility • Translate operational problems into testable, adoptable and improvable solutions • Translate Customer Success priorities into scalable systems, workflows and technical solutions • Improve customer goals, success planning, account planning, stakeholder management, risk workflows, business reviews and renewal readiness • Support customer value evidence and qualified expansion handoffs • Partner with Customer Success, Learning Services, IPM, Data and commercial teams • Provide targeted support to existing operations when required • Create foundations for reporting, decision-making and AI-enabled workflows • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, workflow tools and other technologies • Improve data quality and availability of customer and revenue signals • Build AI-enabled workflows for account understanding, risk identification, renewal preparation and customer-signal response • Connect AI capabilities to live business data and operational systems • Test agent experiences that reduce administrative work and improve post-sales decisions • Explore AI-native operators alongside CSMs, Customer Success leaders and cross-functional teams • Measure automation impact on CSM capacity, signal quality, adoption, GRR and retention outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems or a similar hands-on technical role • Experience designing workflows, integrations, automations or data solutions across business systems • Understanding of post-sales processes including customer value realisation, health and risk, renewal readiness, retention and expansion • Experience with Salesforce or another core CRM or GTM platform • Experience with a Customer Success platform such as Gainsight, Totango or ChurnZero preferred but not essential • Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, data modelling, SQL, scripting or AI-enabled workflows preferred but not essential • Ability to move from an ambiguous business problem to a working solution, test it with users and improve it based on evidence • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical teams, Customer Success and commercial stakeholders • Practical approach to testing, iteration, documentation and adoption • Experience with every listed platform is not expected; ability to understand operational outcomes, learn systems quickly and apply appropriate technology
