• Sales prospecting and outbound strategy through calls, emails and social selling, with a clear focus on quality pipeline and results. • Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing. • Solution selling focused on business impact and ROI, not just product features. • Pipeline management, activity tracking and forecasting using Salesforce. • Close collaboration with Marketing, Solution Consultant and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Staying close to current events, market trends and competitors to strengthen sales conversations.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, in an Account Executive or similar closing role. • Comfortable running outbound activity and proactively building pipeline. • A solution seeker with a strong growth mindset, always looking to learn, test and improve. • Resilient and adaptable, staying calm and focused when priorities change. • Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders. • A natural collaborator who understands how individual work connects to wider business goals. • Fully accountable for results and outcomes. • English speaking. Other languages are a plus.
