📋 Description

• Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and networking. • Understand client needs and effectively communicate how Onclusive Social can meet their business objectives. • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing. • Work with the pre-sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years + background in SaaS sales • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B environment in APAC. • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. • Experience in selling SaaS or services (preferably in social listening, digital marketing, social media analytics, or competitive intelligence) is a plus. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Chinese and Bahasa are a plus.
