📋 Description

• You take ownership of our entire marketing and e-commerce portfolio. • You decide on the content and structure of the learning paths. • You develop practical exercises and learning paths for participants. • You monitor and analyze KPIs for your courses. • You incorporate modern, AI-powered tools into your work. • You work closely with various internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing — agency, e-commerce, or a similarly digital-focused environment. • Practical expertise in at least one of the following areas: online marketing, social media, SEA (search engine advertising), or e-commerce. • You think in products, not task lists: you ask what participants should actually be able to do at the end and work backwards from there. • You think outside the box and propose your own ideas to improve learning. • You work independently and in a structured way. • You enjoy collaborating — with colleagues, external experts, and participants.
