📋 Description

• Proactively engage with players before and after their games to provide support • Continuously monitor and improve the overall player experience • Investigate and identify potential issues, innovating solutions to address them promptly • Analyze player ratings and take reactive and proactive actions to enhance positive reviews • Deliver high-quality customer support to address any questions, concerns, or issues

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in commercial-related roles such as operations, customer service or sales • Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills • Availability to work on weekends • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and mobile apps • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Confident, friendly demeanor with exceptional communication skills
