• Primary relationship support resource for OneMagnify across an enterprise book of business • Strong understanding of client business landscape while defining near and long-term objectives • Key contact as voice of customer to enable clear internal goals and expectations • Collaborate with other business units and client success team members to recognize opportunities and create plans to address • Continuous innovation and evolution of existing engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of digital marketing and analytics experience • background in the service industry vs. working for a singular technology platform • proven ability to deliver high stakes client presentations • strong interpersonal skills • excellent oral and written communication skills • sound analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative • strong commercial judgment
