📋 Description

• Develop feature communication and implement it in email sequences as well as compelling landing page copy • Analyze target audiences and competitors to continuously improve the customer journey • Build scalable AI-powered processes for text generation, A/B test variants, and audience personalization • Define appropriate use cases for AI automation and for human judgment • Support scaling of content and manage content production • Write psychologically grounded ad copy and performance-driven text with measurable results • Report directly to the Team Lead Online Marketing • Work closely with the five-person marketing team and the product team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in online marketing with a focus on content and funnels, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment • Deep understanding of conversion psychology, audience analysis, and copywriting • Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper • Proficiency in prompt engineering to achieve reproducibly high-quality outputs • Ability to set up scalable, quality-focused AI-powered workflows • Structured and autonomous working style • Quick learner • Excellent written and spoken German and English
